Welcome to the Village of Old Westbury! An overpass carries the Northern Parkway over Jericho Turnpike just north of the northern terminus of the Meadowbrook Parkway. Immediately thereafter, there is a traffic light at Glen Cove Road (CR 1). Turn left to go north. Turn right to go south and for entrances to the parkways.

Jericho Turnpike becomes a divided highway, and the speed limit goes up to 50 MPH. Hillside Avenue (NY 25B) merges in on the left, adding a third lane.

There is a traffic light at CR 9. Turn left onto Jackson Avenue to go north. Turn right onto South Oyster Bay Road to go south.

There is an interchange with the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway (NY 135), which ends here. There is only signage for the southbound entrance. Motorists who use the unsigned northbound entrance are forced to immediately take exit 14W to head back west on Jericho Turnpike.
