Lakeville Road is the westernmost north/south route in Nassau County. It begins at Jericho Turnpike (NY 25) and runs north through New Hyde Park and Lake Success. At the intersection with Union Turnpike (NY 25C), Lakeville Road touches the Queens-Nassau county line but it does not cross over into Queens. At Northern Boulevard (NY 25A), Lakeville Road becomes Middle Neck Road, which runs along the center of the Great Neck peninsula. CR 11 ends at Red Brook Road in Great Neck, where Middle Neck Road becomes a town road. CR 11 has two lanes in some areas and four lanes in others. The entire length is undivided, except for a short section in northern Great Neck.
