Northbound Views
Bay Boulevard (CR 2A) becomes Peninsula Boulevard upon crossing Rockaway Turnpike (CR 257) in Cedarhurst. Peninsula Boulevard runs northeast as a four-lane undivided road. There are traffic lights at Cedarhurst Avenue, Branch Boulevard, and Woodmere Boulevard.

There are power lines in the median along this stretch. There is an electronic sign giving estimated travel times to Sunrise Highway (NY 27) and the Southern Parkway, which is rare to find on a county route.

There is a traffic light at South Franklin Street, which is an unnumbered county road here but becomes Franklin Avenue (CR 5A) a short distance to the north.

Henry Street begins on the right at a traffic light. Henry Street is an unnumbered county road, but it becomes Baldwin Road (CR 55) a short distance to the south.

Clinton Road (CR 1) begins on the left at a traffic light. The signage is for Clinton Street, a local name used for the portion of Clinton Road in Hempstead.

Peninsula Boulevard ends here, merging into Fulton Avenue (NY 24/CR 107) at a traffic light. One of the signs has an erroneous US 24 shield.
