Welcome to Delaware! Exit 11 is for I-495. It splits off right at the state line, before the welcome sign. All of the signage for exit 11 is in Pennsylvania.

Exit 9 is for Marsh Road (DE 3).

Exit 8 is for Concord Pike (US 202). Southbound US 202 is multiplexed with I-95 straight ahead, although there is no signage to indicate so.

Exit 6 is for Fourth Street (DE 9) and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

There is an unnumbered left exit for I-295.

Exits 5A-B are for Basin Road (DE 141). US 202 leaves I-95 here and follows Basin Road south to US 13/US 40, but it is unsigned here.

I-95 and I-295 merge to form a large highway with four lanes in each direction. From this point south, I-95 is called the Delaware Turnpike. Exits 4B-A are for Churchmans Road (DE 58), DE 1, DE 7, and Mall Road.

At the end of the Delaware Turnpike, there is a toll that all motorists must pay before leaving the state.

I-95 continues straight ahead into Maryland. There is some advance signage for the first Maryland exit before the state line.
