US 202 extends from Wilmington, Delaware, to Bangor, Maine. It primarily passes through rural areas, avoiding major cities such as New York, Hartford, and Boston. The section in Delaware is relatively short. It begins at Dupont Parkway (US 13/US 40) in Wilmington Manor and is multiplexed with DE 141 along Basin Road for about a mile until its interchange with I-95. It is then multiplexed with I-95 for a few miles and then splits off to run north as Concord Pike to the border with Pennsylvania.
