Skipping a distance to the southwest, Peninsula Boulevard runs through Woodmere and Cedarhurst as a four-lane undivided road. There are green signs marking the intersections with Woodmere Boulevard and Branch Boulevard.

Peninsula Boulevard ends here at Rockaway Turnpike (CR 257). Bay Boulevard (CR 2A), which provides access to the Nassau Expressway (NY 878), is straight ahead.
