NY 25A widens to become a four-lane divided highway. There is a cloverleaf interchange with the Sunken Meadow Parkway.

NY 25A narrows down to two lanes again and runs east through Kings Park. It is known as Main Street. Turn right at the first traffic light for East Northport Road (CR 11) or at the second traffic light for Indian Head Road (CR 14). Both routes begin here, although there is no county route signage for either.

Main Street ends here at a traffic light at Saint Johnland Road. Turn right to stay on NY 25A.

Saint Johnland Road ends here at a traffic light at NY 25. Turn right onto Jericho Turnpike to go west. The two routes merge together straight ahead to become Main Street.

NY 25A splits off from NY 25 at its junction with Hauppauge Road (NY 111) in Smithtown. Here it is known as North Country Road.
