Indian Head Road is a north/south route from Commack to Kings Park. It begins at Jericho Turnpike (NY 25) just east of the Sunken Meadow Parkway and runs north, on a slight diagonal toward the northeast, to Kings Park, where it ends at Main Street (NY 25A). The entire length is a two- to four-lane undivided road with traffic light.

Harned Road is a town road that begins at the southern terminus of CR 14 and runs south to the Vanderbilt Parkway (CR 67). It was proposed for Harned Road to be incorporated into CR 14, but it was never taken over the county.
