The roadway ends at an interchange at the Delaware Expressway (I-95). Bear right to go north toward the Mid-County Expressway (I-476). Bear left to go south and to stay on US 322.

After a couple of exits, US 322 splits off from the Delaware Expressway (I-95) and runs west as a four-lane divided highway. Here, it is called Conchester Highway.

There are some traffic lights along this stretch, including one at Creek Parkway. There are also uncontrolled intersections at Summers Lane and Colonial Drive.

Conchester Highway continues to the west. Cambridge Drive begins on the left at an uncontrolled intersection. There is an overpass over Smithbridge Road, but there is no interchange.
