There is a traffic light at Lafayette Avenue (NY 59). Turn right to go east. Westbound NY 59 is multiplexed with eastbound US 202 straight ahead along Orange Avenue.

After the overpasses, the is a pair of traffic lights. Turn left at the first light for Thiells-Mount Ivy Road (CR 47). Turn right at the second light for NY 45 and an entrance to go north on the Palisades Parkway.

US 202 continues east as a two-lane undivided road. In this area, it is known as West Ramapo Road. There is a traffic light at Rosman Road.

There is a traffic light at South Central Highway (CR 33). Turn right to go south. Straight ahead, northbound CR 33 is multiplexed with US 202.
