The Northern Parkway becomes the Grand Central Parkway at the Queens-Nassau county line. Exit 24 is for Little Neck Parkway.

The Grand Central Parkway merges into the eastbound Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) right before the RFK Bridge. There is a sign for the last exit on I-278 before the bridge.
