North Jerusalem Road begins at Jerusalem Avenue (CR 105) just east of the Meadowbrook Parkway. It runs east through East Meadow as a four-lane undivided road.

North Jerusalem Road ends at a traffic light at Wantagh Avenue (CR 189). Turn left to go north or right to go south. Gregg Court, a local dead-end street, is straight ahead. There is very prominent overhead signage to keep through traffic out of the neighborhood.
