Jerusalem Avenue passes over the Meadowbrook Parkway, but the is no interchange. Immediately after the overpass, the roadway splits. Turn left for North Jerusalem Road (CR 181), which begins here. Bear right to stay on Jerusalem Avenue.

CR 105 ends at a traffic light at Newbridge Road. Turn left to go north on NY 106, which begins here. To the right, Newbridge Road runs south as an unnumbered county road. Straight head, Jerusalem Avenue becomes a state route with the designation of NY 105. There is no state route signage at this intersection when coming from this direction.
