The Alexander Hamilton Bridge carries the Cross Bronx Expressway over the Harlem River to the Bronx. Exits 1C-D are for the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87).

Exit 6B is for the Throgs Neck Bridge (I-295) south. The Cross Bronx Expressway leaves I-95 here and follows I-295 toward the bridge. Straight ahead, the Bruckner Expressway (I-278) merges with I-95, which takes on its name. Yes, the naming here is confusing.

Exit 7C is for Country Club Road and Pelham Bay Park. The Throgs Neck Expressway (I-695) merges in on the left. Motorists coming from I-695 can see exit 7C but can't access it.
