Exit 24 is for Greencastle Pike (MD 63).

Exit 18 is for Clear Spring Road (MD 68). There is signage instructing motorists to proceed straight ahead for the National Freeway (I-68) to prevent confusion, as the two roads have the same route number in different route systems.

There is more advance signage for the National Freeway (I-68), informing motorists that it is an alternate route west to Ohio and beyond for those who wish to avoid the tolls where I-70 is multiplexed along the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76).
