Exit 4 is for I-195 east. It is a left exit. Bear right to stay on MA 24, which is multiplexed with I-195 west for one exit.

Exits 1B-A are for William S. Canning Boulevard (MA 81). MA 24 ends just ahead at the state line. The Fall River Expressway continues into Rhode Island at RI 24.
