Seneca Trail runs north through Elkins as a four-lane undivided road.

There is a traffic light at US 33. Turn right to go east and stay on WV 55, which is multiplexed with US 33 beginning here. Straight ahead, westbound US 33 is multiplexed with US 219/US 250/WV 92. 11th Street is to the left.

There is a traffic light. Turn right onto North Randolph Avenue for US 33/US 219/US 250, which splits off here. Continue straight ahead onto Harrison Avenue to stay on WV 92. Railroad Avenue is to the left.
