Westbound Views
PA 581 begins as I-83 splits off from the Capital Beltway and curves to the south as the Susquehanna Expressway. The Capital Beltway continues west as PA 581. Exit 5A is for US 11/US 15 north. Exit 5B is for 32nd Street (US 15) south. US 11 south is multiplexed with PA 581 straight ahead, although there is no signage to indicate so.
