Eastbound Views
I-84 begins at I-81 in Dunmore. It is multiplexed with I-380 for the first few exits. Exit 1 is for Tigue Street.

Exit 4 is for I-380 south. The two routes split here. While I-380 is signed as an exit from I-84, the interchange is built as if it were I-84 taking a left exit from I-380.

East of exit 4, there is a third northbound lane as the highway goes uphill. Exit 8 is for PA 247 and Mount Cobb Road (PA 348).
