PA 435 is a north/south route in the Poconos that runs parallel to and just east of I-380. It begins at exit 13 of I-380 in Gouldsboro, a block away from the southern terminus of PA 507. The first section is known as Drinker Turnpike. In Moscow, it changes names to become South Main Street and then North Main Street. It continues north, becoming a four-lane divided highway and passing over I-84 with no interchange. It then curves to the west and merges into the I-84/I-380 multiplex near its end at I-81.
