There is a grade crossing at the Main Line of the Long Island Rail Road. Immediately thereafter, Islip Avenue ends at a traffic light at Suffolk Avenue (CR 100). Turn right to go east or left to go west. Continue straight ahead onto Joshua's Path to stay on NY 111.
