Cross Bay Boulevard, Woodhaven Boulevard
Northbound Views
Cross Bay Boulevard begins at Beach Channel Drive and Cross Bay Parkway in the Rockaways. The first section is the Cross Bay Bridge, which connects to the Rockaways to Broad Channel, an island in the middle of Jamaica Bay.

The North Channel Bridge, also known as the Joseph P. Addabbo Bridge, carries Cross Bay Boulevard out of Broad Channel to the Howard Beach section of Queens.

In Howard Beach, Cross Bay Boulevard widens to six lanes. The cross streets here are numbered avenues, beginning with 165 Avenue and descending until 156 Avenue. There are traffic lights at all the avenues, and all of them have oversized street name signs except for 162 Avenue.

There is an entrance to South Conduit Avenue (NY 27) east, which provides access to the Nassau Expressway (NY 878).

Just before the northern terminus, there is an entrance to the Long Island Expressway (I-495) west. Woodhaven Boulevard ends at Queens Boulevard (NY 25). An overpass carries Woodhaven Boulevard over the main road of Queens Boulevard, so it only intersects the service roads. Turn right at the first traffic light to go east on Queens Boulevard and for an entrance to the expressway east. Turn left at the second traffic light to go west on Queens Boulevard. The Queens Center Mall is straight ahead.
