Delsea Drive runs north through Clayton to Glassboro. There are traffic lights at Little Mill Road, Hall Avenue, West Clayton Avenue, East Clayton Avenue, and Academy Street (CR 610).

At long last, New Jersey's longest state route comes to an end. The northern terminus is at a traffic circle at Crescent Boulevard (US 130) in Brooklawn.
