The Merritt Parkway ends at the New York-Connecticut state line, where it becomes the Hutchinson Parkway. There is a service plaza at the end of the parkway. The last exit, exit 27, is for King Street (NY 120A) north. Exit 27S, which is for King Street (NY 120A) south, is located on the Hutchinson Parkway immediately after the state line. All of signs are on the Connecticut side of the border, and it is numbered to be consistent with the Merritt Parkway's exit numbering scheme. When travelling north on the Hutchinson Parkway, this exit is marked as exit 19A.
