North Randolph Avenue runs north through Elkins at a two-lane undivided road.

North Randolph Avenue ends at an interchange with Corridor H, which is designated US 33 to the west of here and US 219 to the east. US 250 is multiplexed with US 33 along Corridor H, although the signage for it isn't particularly prominent.
