In Tiverton, Main Road has an interchange with the Fall River Expressway (RI 24). RI 138 leaves Main Road and is multiplexed with RI 24 along the expressway to the south. Main Road continues south as RI 77. The Sakonnet River is along the right.

West Main Road curves to the west to become Sakonnet Point Road. RI 77 ends at the Sakonnet Point Marina. The last block is known as Bluff Head Avenue.
