A long ramp extends from the western terminus of I-84/I-380 to I-81 north. There is access to exit 188 of I-81 from the ramp.

The ramp for exit 8 when travelling west ends at a stop sign at Moosic Lake Road (PA 247). Turn right to go north and for access to Mount Cobb Road (PA 348) and Hamlin Highway (PA 590).
