PA 348 is a short east/west route through Mount Cobb. It begins at PA 435 just north of I-84 and runs east. After a short distance, there is access to I-84 at exit 8 via Moosic Lake Road (PA 247). Beyond this point, I-84 curves slightly to the south, while PA 348 continues to the east, passing through Mount Cobb. It ends after a few miles to Hamlin Highway (PA 590). PA 348 is known as Mount Cobb Road in Lackawanna County and as Mount Cobb Highway in Wayne County.
