Great Neck Road ends at a traffic light at Broad Hollow Road (NY 110). Turn right to go north or left to go south. Continue straight ahead onto Main Street to stay on CR 47.

Main Street runs northwest as a two-lane undivided road. CR 47 ends after a block as it enters Nassau County. Main Street continues across the county line as an unnumbered county route, eventually changing names to become Bethpage Road and then Round Swamp Road (CR 110).
