At the Poughkeepsie city line, Worrall Avenue becomes Innis Avenue (CR 75). CR 75 is multiplexed with NY 115 for its entire length.

Innis Avenue ends at a traffic light at Salt Point Turnpike. Turn right here to stay on NY 115. CR 75 ends here, although there are no signs indicating so.
