The Korean War Veterans Parkway begins at the West Shore Expressway (NY 440). The exits on this parkway are not numbered. The first exit is for Maguire Avenue, Foster Road, and Huguenot Avenue.

Approaching the end of the parkway, there is an exit for Richmond Avenue south. The parkway narrows down to one lane in this direction. There is traffic light at the entrance to a Park and Ride lot.

There is a traffic light at Arthur Kill Road. The parkway ends just ahead at Richmond Avenue.
