I-495 emerges from the Midtown Tunnel in Manhattan and ends. The roadway splits to provide access to various streets. Use the left lanes for East 34-35 Streets and 2 Avenue. Use the center lanes for East 37 Street. Use the right lanes for 3 Avenue and East 38-41 Streets.
