The Betsy Ross Bridge begins at the Delaware Expressway (I-95) in Philadelphia and crosses the Delaware River to New Jersey.

Coming off the bridge, there is signage directing motorists to follow the NJ 90 freeway for access to the New Jersey Turnpike (NJ 700), I-295, and Haddonfield Road (CR 644).

There is a tollbooth for vehicles travelling west, but no toll is collected in this direction.
