Hurffville Road begins at Delsea Drive (NJ 47) and Egg Harbor Road (CR 603/CR 630) in Deptford and runs north as a two-lane undivided road.

Skipping a few miles, there is a traffic light at Deptford Center Road. There is an entrance to the North-South Freeway (NJ 42) south on the right. The left for access to the Cape May Expressway (NJ 55).

Hurffville Road ends at a traffic light at Clements Bridge Road (CR 544). Turn left to go west. Continue straight ahead to go east and to stay on NJ 41.

There is a small bridge over Big Timber Creek, and then two routes splits at a traffic light. Continue straight ahead on Clements Bridge Road to stay on NJ 41. Bear right onto Evesham Road for CR 544. Make a right turn for Station Road (CR 682), which begins here.
