The ramp for exit 90 has a pair of exits for Southbridge Street (MA 12), and then it splits. Bear right for I-395 south or left for I-290 east.

Motorists exiting eastbound I-90 at exit 18 must pay a toll. After the tollbooth, the ramp splits. Bear left for Allston and Brighton. Bear right for Cambridge and Somerville.
