The East Beckley Bypass changes designation from Connector US 19 to Bypass US 19. At the first traffic light, there is another crossover to Eisenhower Drive (US 19).

The East Beckley Bypass continues north as a four-lane undivided road. There is an uncontrolled intersection at Beckley Stratton Road (CR 21/15) and Joe L. Smith Drive (CR 21/15).

The East Beckley Bypass ends at a stop sign at Stanaford Road (WV 41). Turn right to go north or left to go south.
