Woodbury Road changes designation from Nassau CR 12 to Suffolk CR 11 at the Nassau-Suffolk county line. It runs east as a two-lane undivided road.

At this traffic light, Woodbury Road splits off to the left as an unnumbered town road and runs north to Main Street (NY 25A) in Huntington. Continue straight ahead onto Pulaski Road to stay on CR 11.
