The eastbound and westbound lanes come back to the same elevation, and NY 5 continues west as a four-lane divided highway. There are uncontrolled intersections at Avery Road, Swart Hill Road (CR 1), Riverview Drive, Cranes Hollow Road (CR 2), Truax Road (CR 7), and Chapman Drive (CR 157).
