Welcome to New York and to Rockland County! Kinderkamack Road (CR 503) becomes South Pearl Street at the state line. The road widens to four lanes just north of the border.

The expressway portion ends. NY 304 runs north through Bardonia as a four-lane undivided road with traffic lights. It passes over the New York Thruway (I-87/I-287) and the Palisades Parkway along this stretch, but there is no interchange with either highway.
