Welcome to New York City! The Saw Mill Parkway becomes the Henry Hudson Parkway at the Bronx-Westchester county line. Exit 24 is for the Mosholu Parkway, which provides access to the Major Deegan Expressway (I-87) south.

Exit 23 is for Broadway (US 9/NY 9A). NY 9A is multiplexed with US 9 along Broadway north of this point. From this point south, NY 9A is routed along the Henry Hudson Parkway.

The Henry Hudson Bridge crosses the Harlem River to Manhattan. Southbound traffic is routed over the lower level, while northbound traffic is routed over the upper level. On the other side of the bridge, all motorists must pay a toll.
