CR 76 ends here as Bloomingburg Road enters the Village of Bloomingburg in Sullivan County and changes names to become Main Street. There is no route signage and no signage for the county line. Main Street passes through Bloomingburg and then becomes Mamakating Road (Sullivan CR 171) upon leaving the village.
