Exit 17 is for Chatsworth Avenue. All motorists must pay a toll at this point. There is a cashless tolling gantry just past the exit, as well as a second gantry on the exit ramp.

Exit 20 is for Boston Post Road (US 1) south. Exit 21 is for the Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) and Boston Post Road (US 1) north.

Exit 22 is for Midland Avenue (CR 72). The New England Thruway ends just ahead at the New York-Connecticut state line. I-95 continues into Connecticut as the Connecticut Turnpike.
