The ramp from the first exit at the western end of the bridge splits. Bear left for Pearl Street and the FDR Drive south. Bear right for the FDR Drive north.

The ramp for the FDR Drive north runs back east toward the river, next to the bridge. It then curves around and merges into the FDR Drive.
