Northbound Views
NJ 15 begins at West McFarlan Street (US 46) in Dover and runs north as a two-lane undivided road. Here, it is known as West Clinton Street. There is a flasher at Grace Street.

Welcome to Rockaway! NJ 15 widens to four-lanes at the township line. There are traffic lights at Mount Pleasant Avenue and East Dewey Avenue (CR 642).

There is an interchange with I-80. The right lane becomes a exit only lane, and NJ 15 has only a single northbound lane while passing through the interchange.

North of I-80, NJ 15 is a four-lane divided highway. There is a traffic light controlling the merge with the ramp from I-80, followed by an exit for Mount Hope and Lake Denmark, which also provides access to the Picatinny Arsenal.
