Exits 42B-A share a ramp when travelling west and lead to Cherry Hill Road, although the street name is not posted. Take the first exit to go north toward US 46. Take the second exit to go south toward US 202.

Exits 62A-B share a ramp when travelling east. Take the first right for exit 62A for the Garden State Parkway (NJ 444). Take the second right for exit 62B for Saddle River Road (CR 79).
