There is a traffic circle at MD 165. Turn right onto Pylesville Road to go north. Turn left onto Federal Hill Road to go south.

Skipping south to Edgewood, there is a grade-separated interchange with Pulaski Highway (US 40). Turn left at the traffic light before the overpass for access in both directions.
