The ramp for the exit for Charles Town Pike (VA 9) leads to a roundabout. Bear right to go west. The signage also directs motorists to go around the roundabout to go east, which is a bit silly because the road ends on the other side of the overpass at the ramps for the westbound side of VA 7.
