RI 102 is a semicircular route loops around Providence with a radius of about 15 miles. It begins at the point where RI 1A turns from Boston Neck Road onto Brown Street in North Kingstown and runs west, then north, and then back east to eventually end at the northern terminus of RI 5 at RI 146A in North Smithfield. In most areas, it is known as Victory Highway, although it takes on more local names in a number of places.
