PA 739 is a diagonal north/south route extending from Dingmans Ferry to Hawley. It enters Pennsylvania from New Jersey on the Dingmans Bridge, a narrow toll bridge over the Delaware River that is unusual in that it is owned and operated by a private company rather than a government agency. PA 739 runs northwest to Lords Valley, where it has an interchange with I-84, and then north to Hawley, where it ends at US 6.
