Main Street runs west through Gouldsboro as a two-lane undivided road.

Main Street ends here at a stop sign and flasher at Drinker Turnpike (PA 435). Turn right to go north. Continue straight ahead to go south. PA 435 has its southern terminus straight ahead at I-380.
